^ is a fun little utility to convert any text file into Elmer
Fudd talk.  (Elmer Fudd is a character in the U.S. cartoon “Bugs
Bunny.”)  To convert, select “Open...” from the File menu and
select a text file.  (Or, from the Finder, you can drop any
number of text files onto the ^ icon.)

The options are fairly self-explanatory.  You may choose
whether you want ^ to show a progress bar during large
files, giving you a chance to cancel the operation (or run in the
background).  You may choose to have ^ automatically add
“.fudd” to filenames and use that as the destination file.  And
you can choose whether ^ gives you a save dialog box for
the destination file.

WARNING: if you deselect the save dialog and the “.fudd”
suffix, the original file will be overwritten with ^ talk!
